Sustainability

  • For business travel we mainly use DB – if not possible otherwise, we offset our flights.
  • Waste is separated here, water is drunk from the water dispenser and we collect our lunch in our own boxes instead of disposable packaging
  • We work digitally – printouts are rarely made and when they are, they are on recycled paper.
  • Many of our customers also care about sustainability: we source sustainable rewards and also support many smaller suppliers.

At Coloyal, around 35 employees are dedicated to building and operating professional loyalty programs. The diversity in our team allows us to look at and solve the challenges of this industry holistically.

Our application process

  • After receiving your documents, you will first receive a confirmation of receipt from our HR Manager Patricia.
  • If the basic requirements are met, we will invite you to a video call. The interview partners are usually your future team or department manager and our HR manager.
  • Depending on the position, you may be asked to prepare a practical task for presentation in a second interview or we may offer you a trial working day. This interview also gives you the opportunity to discuss any outstanding questions. You will also have the chance to meet the management and future colleagues.
  • We don’t want to keep you waiting unnecessarily. You will receive our feedback after the interview within a few days.
